Thai Yoga Bodywork is a floor-based practice where the receiver is fully clothed supported by a thick mat. As a giver I will apply pressure to different parts of the body and move through yoga-like stretches using different parts of my body. There are several different positions that we move through, such as side lying, on your belly (prone) and on your back (supine) to work the entire body. In this practice we are also guided by the breath to move energy through the body and out. Check out this nifty piece featuring yours truly with more info about it.
This is one of my favorite types of bodywork simply because of how sustainable it is: it feels good for the receiver and the practitioner.
