Thai Yoga Bodywork is an ancient healing form of bodywork dating back to the time of the Buddha rooted in Yoga, and Ayurvedic Medicine. This Traditional healing practice may begin from the feet to the head, targeting all 5 body sides or specific areas, combining elements of acupressure, energy work, meditation, while cultivating Metta (Loving Kindness), inviting the flow of healing Prana (life force) to move through the body and opening areas that may be blocked in the receiver as well as benefiting the giver.
In this workshop Paula will guide you through a flow of supported partner yoga and a restorative Thai Massage sequence. No prior yoga or massage experience is necessary.
Please bring a small pillow and blanket.
